Chillin Stays provides listing pages for independently owned vacation rentals. Chillin Stays does not own, manage, inspect, book, or collect payment for this property and is not a party to any rental agreement. All availability, rates, fees, deposits, taxes, rules, cancellations, payments, and rental terms are handled directly by the property owner, host, or property manager.
House Rules
1. Occupancy & guests
• No more than 8 guests can stay at the property.
• Only registered guests can stay overnight
• No more than 12 people, including guests, can be on the property at any given time.
2. No parties or events.
3. Quiet hours / noise
• Typical quiet hours: ~10 PM – 8 AM
• No loud music or disruptive behavior
• Respect neighbors
4. Surveillance Disclosure (if applicable)
• Exterior cameras are present at the following locations: backyard, front yard, garage
• Covering or disabling exterior cameras will result in immediate rental
termination with no refund being issued.
5. Smoking rules
• No smoking indoors, on the font enclosed porch or the rear deck.
6. Pet policy (if applicable)
• No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee of $300/pet.
• Dogs under 40 pounds only. No cats.
• Maximum of 2 dogs.
• No dogs on furniture.
• Dogs must be in owner provided kennel when guests are not present at house.
• All dog waste must be disposed of immediately.
Stay Logistics & Property Use
7. Checkin / checkout
• Check in at 4:00pm on arrival day.
• check out at 10:00am on departure day.
8. Parking
• Park in the rock/gravel driveway only.
• Owner reserves the right to park a car on the grass area on north side of driveway.
• No blocking neighbors or driveways
9. Use of amenities
• Guests may use any beach items outside of owner storage in garage area.
• Use of charcoal grill is allowed. Please do not put used charcoal on lawn.
Cleanliness & Care
10. Cleaning expectations
• Strip all beds of linens and leave near door to bedroom.
• Place all towels near the bedroom door.
• Please run the dishwasher just prior to leaving.
• Do not leave any dirty dishes - all must be washed.
• Extra cleaning fees for violations
11. Trash & recycling
• Dispose of garbage in the cans at end of driveway. Holden Beach does not recycle so all items go in the garbage.
• Pickup schedule is Tuesday and Saturday. Can must be pulled to the street.
12. Property care
• Treat the home respectfully
• Report any damage immediately
• Don’t move furniture
• Please rinse all sand off before entering house.
• No wet clothes/bathing suits allowed on the furniture.
Safety & Responsibility
13. Safety rules
• Don’t tamper with smoke detectors or security devices
• Lock doors and windows when leaving
14. Prohibited activities
• No illegal activity
• No fireworks.
