Chillin Stays respects intellectual property rights and expects property owners, hosts, property managers, website users, and visitors to do the same.

This Copyright / DMCA Policy explains how Chillin Stays handles copyrighted material, owner-submitted content, and notices of claimed copyright infringement.

1. Chillin Stays Website Content

The Chillin Stays name, logo, website design, page layouts, templates, graphics, icons, written materials, platform structure, code, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Chillin Stays, unless otherwise stated.

3. License Granted to Chillin Stays

By submitting content to Chillin Stays, the submitting owner, host, property manager, or authorized representative grants Chillin Stays a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, format, distribute, promote, and market the submitted content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Chillin Stays and the listed property.

This license includes use of submitted content on:

7. Incomplete or Inaccurate Notices

Chillin Stays may be unable to respond to a copyright complaint if the notice does not include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, locate the allegedly infringing material, or verify the complaining party’s authority.

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright claims may result in legal consequences.

8. Response to Copyright Notices

10. Repeat Infringers

Chillin Stays may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or refuse service to users, owners, hosts, property managers, or authorized representatives who repeatedly submit infringing content or repeatedly violate this policy.

Chillin Stays may also remove a listing if copyright or trademark concerns create legal, reputational, operational, or brand risk.
