Chillin Stays provides online listing pages and marketing visibility for independently owned vacation rental properties. Chillin Stays does not own, operate, manage, inspect, maintain, rent, control, supervise, or service the properties listed on this website.

Each property listed on ChillinStays.com is owned, operated, managed, and controlled by the individual property owner, host, property manager, or authorized representative identified in the listing.

Chillin Stays Is Not the Property Owner or Rental Manager

Chillin Stays is not the property owner, landlord, property manager, rental agent, booking agent, real estate broker, payment processor, escrow agent, tax collector, guest-screening service, insurance provider, or party to any rental agreement between a guest and a property owner, host, or property manager.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Chillin Stays’ role is limited to providing a property listing page and related website services.

Property Information Is Provided by Owners

Property descriptions, photographs, videos, amenities, rates, availability information, policies, house rules, maps, contact information, and other listing details are provided by the property owner, host, property manager, or authorized representative.

Chillin Stays may review, format, edit, or remove listing content, but Chillin Stays does not independently verify every detail in each listing.

Guests should confirm all important information directly with the property owner, host, or property manager before making a rental decision, including:

  2. Rental rates.
  3. Taxes and fees.
  4. Deposits.
  5. Cancellation terms.
  6. Refund terms.
  7. House rules.
  8. Pet rules.
  9. Parking rules.
  10. Occupancy limits.

No Booking or Payment Guarantee

Chillin Stays does not currently process rental bookings, collect rental payments, collect security deposits, collect taxes, hold funds, issue refunds, or guarantee reservations unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Any rental payment, deposit, refund, cancellation, tax, or booking arrangement is handled directly between the guest and the property owner, host, or property manager.

Guests should use care before sending money and should confirm payment instructions directly with the property owner, host, or property manager.

No Guest or Owner Screening

Chillin Stays does not screen guests, property owners, hosts, or property managers.

Chillin Stays does not conduct background checks, credit checks, identity verification, property inspections, permit verification, insurance verification, ownership verification, or legal compliance reviews for every listing.

Property owners are responsible for deciding whether to rent to a guest. Guests are responsible for deciding whether to rent from a property owner, host, or property manager.

Legal Compliance Is the Owner’s Responsibility

Each property owner, host, or property manager is responsible for complying with all laws, rules, ordinances, permits, licenses, registrations, taxes, insurance requirements, safety requirements, zoning rules, homeowners association rules, rental agreement requirements, and other obligations that apply to the property.

This may include federal, state, county, municipal, and local vacation rental laws; occupancy taxes; sales taxes; lodging taxes; business license requirements; written rental agreement requirements; security deposit rules; safety rules; and any applicable local short-term rental regulations.

Chillin Stays does not provide legal, tax, insurance, real estate, property management, or compliance advice.

Rental Agreements Are Between Guests and Owners

Any rental agreement is solely between the guest and the property owner, host, or property manager.

Chillin Stays is not a party to any rental agreement and is not responsible for drafting, reviewing, enforcing, interpreting, mediating, or resolving any rental agreement.

Guests should read and understand the rental agreement provided by the property owner, host, or property manager before booking or making payment.

Property Condition and Guest Experience

Chillin Stays does not inspect listed properties and does not guarantee the condition, cleanliness, safety, availability, accessibility, legality, suitability, or accuracy of any property listing.

Chillin Stays is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, death, theft, loss, unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, inaccurate listing information, unavailable properties, canceled reservations, guest conduct, owner conduct, deposit disputes, payment disputes, refund disputes, tax issues, permit issues, insurance issues, or any other issue arising from the rental, use, condition, management, operation, ownership, advertising, or occupancy of a listed property.

Disputes Between Guests and Owners

Any dispute between a guest and a property owner, host, or property manager is solely between those parties.

Chillin Stays is not required to investigate, mediate, decide, pay, reimburse, or resolve disputes involving rental payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, damages, injuries, property condition, guest conduct, owner conduct, check-in issues, rule violations, or other rental-related matters.

Guests and property owners should address disputes according to their own rental agreement and applicable law.

Listing Removal

Chillin Stays may edit, reject, suspend, hide, or remove any listing or listing content at any time if Chillin Stays believes the content is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, discriminatory, illegal, unsafe, unauthorized, harmful to users, harmful to Chillin Stays, or inconsistent with the purpose of the website.
